Take Six
The sixth time is the charm for me. Today I start my last chemo treatment! I've made myself a daily countdown poster for the occasion. Don't judge. I have time on my hands.
Even though my rounds are 21 days long I've decided to consider this a 15-day countdown because by day 16 I'm typically feeling more like a human and at that point I'm on the upswing. So...15 days and counting.
And I will begin my countdown with five days of chemo, spending lots of quality time with my favorite backpack.
